I have years of client-facing work across several industries including banking and executive level negotiating.

Most brokers deal with the required details.  I go deeper to identify risks and get them mitigated as much as possible before they become issues and problems. The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes.
