When we decided we wanted to buy a home, we knew we would be on a short time frame. That would be daunting for most agents in this low-inventory market, but not for Ed. He used his many resources and accommodated our wish list with a significant number of options. He met us to view properties with little notice, regardless of proximity or hour of day. Because of Ed’s expedient and diligent efforts, we were in the right place at the right time to be quick to offer on a home that meets our wishes – three bedrooms, two bathrooms, hobby + garage space (two separate areas), and a detached self-contained living space, all on more than one acre of seclusion with a view.
Ed’s attention to detail assured all documentation, inspections, and other necessities in our interests were completed accurately and on-schedule. We did not have to “figure anything out” – he broke everything down to bite-sized pieces and answered every question. Completing the transactions during COVID were challenges Ed facilitated, making the preparations and move into our new home much less difficult than anticipated. Ed’s ethics are impeccable, his experience is noteworthy, and his demeanor is professional and courteous. We highly recommend him for any real estate transactions.

The home had been a rental and Ed was very helpful in making recommendations of what repairs we should make to make the home sellable. We made the repairs and the home sold almost immediately.
Ed’s experience as a realtor was invaluable. We had several delays in the closing of the home because the buyers were having trouble with the sale of their home. Ed kept the deal together and protected us with his knowledge and experience, thinking through all the contingencies and possible issues that might not be in our best interest.

As her trustee preparing to list the house, I discovered many things that needed fixing. I did not have the knowledge needed to find workers to get things done. You were able to advise me and contact people to do what was needed. There were problems with the gas company, the HVAC needed repairs, we needed to remove an old wood stove and a deck cover, yard work needed to be done and a handyman was needed to repair several items.
